How We Work
We are NOT a travel agency. We do not accept commissions from anyone in the design of your travel plans. This enables us to be completely objective and take an unbiased approach to choosing the best options for your specific needs. Clients retain our services. Our trip fees are based on 15% of your travel budget. Clients agree to pay design and planning expenses at the rate of US$90/hr if trip is cancelled, however, this fee is waived if trip goes ahead. As a client, we assign you a personal Travel Partner from our staff based on areas of expertise and local area knowledge.
Your Travel Partner develops an understanding of your desires and expectations through an initial telephone interview or a personal meeting. You let us know when, where, and how you like to travel. We provide you with an initial draft itinerary with options for transportation, accommodation, restaurants, and activities based on your needs and interests.
We refine the itinerary using your feedback and our local knowledge base, and present the final itinerary to you in person.
Once you are happy with the plan, we finalize all facets of the vacation or expedition. This may involve your Travel Partner visiting the locations to make sure that all expectations can be met.
