• All planning fees are non-refundable and due at the time of service agreement signing.

• Premier Travel Design is not liable for disruptions caused by suppliers, weather, natural disasters, political events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All planning fees are non-refundable. These fees compensate Premier Travel Design for professional services, including research, itinerary design, reservations management, and client support. Planning fees are separate from the cost of travel and are not applied toward the cost of bookings.
All travel components are subject to the terms and conditions of individual suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other vendors. Cancellation policies, change fees, and refund eligibility vary by supplier. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding supplier policies before booking.
Payment schedules are determined by supplier requirements. Deposits and final payments are due according to the timeline outlined in your booking confirmation. Late payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips and required for expedition travel. Insurance should be purchased within 14 days of initial deposit to qualify for pre-existing condition waivers (where applicable).
Premier Travel Design is not responsible for costs incurred due to trip cancellations, interruptions, delays, or medical emergencies.
Premier Travel Design acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. I am not liable for acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or defaults of suppliers. I am not responsible for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience experienced during travel.
Clients are responsible for:
• Reviewing all travel documents for accuracy upon receipt
• Ensuring passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond return date
• Obtaining necessary visas, vaccinations, and health documentation
• Arriving at departure points with adequate time
• Understanding and complying with supplier policies
Changes and cancellations are subject to supplier policies and may result in fees or penalties.
Premier Travel Design will assist with processing changes but cannot guarantee fee waivers or refunds. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Any disputes arising from services provided by Premier Travel Design will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and resolved in Elko County, Nevada.
By engaging Premier Travel Design's services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
